- If any product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
- Upon verification, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of your purchase. This credit can be used to select new items from our website, free of charge, to replace the damaged pieces or purchase something else you love.
- Shipping costs for replacements will be covered by Clayra.
